Effective Conflict Mediation
I have enjoyed a successful mediation practice since 1998, based in Vancouver and Vancouver Island, and have mediated thousands of matters in all areas of British Columbia and also in Alberta. I am primarily involved in cases dealing with personal injury litigation, and have been involved in the insurance litigation industry since 1988. I have mediated numerous multi-party complex cases and specialize in resolving difficult large loss matters.
As well, I am experienced conducting mediations on the Zoom platform for clients that are not able to participate in person.
I have extensive small business experience, farming experience, experience in the import/export business and the petroleum industry. In my leisure time I enjoy tending to my commercial vineyard on Vancouver Island and adventure touring by motorcycle in Canada and various foreign countries.
